Call our main line (903) 432-3704, and leave a detailed message for the on-call crew to get back to you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind they may be on other calls, but will respond as soon as they are able.
Why does my tap water look cloudy, milky, or discolored at times?

If your water appears cloudy, but slowly clears as it sits, it is just air in the lines from a repair near your area and should clear up shortly. If the water does not clear up, or appears discolored, call the office (903)432-3704 and we will get a Water Quality Specialist out to investigate the issue, flush the lines in your area, and take samples.
